The victim Raja Raghuvanshi’s wife Sonam Raghuvanshi has been arrested for allegedly planning her husband’s murder along with her alleged boyfriend. Some new updates in the case have made headlines. As per them, Sonam pretended to be tired and walk behind her husband when the hired ‘killers’ attacker her husband. Read on to know more.
Meghalaya Honeymoon Case
Sonam Raghuvanshi was found at a Dhaba on the Ghazipur highway, as per reports. Now, there are fresh updates on the case. According to an NDTV report, sources have claimed that Sonam Raghuvanshi took her husband to a deserted place on the hills under the pretext of having a photoshoot. As per the report, the hired killers were also following them and on the way, Sonam pretended to be tired and walk slowly behind her husband. After reaching a secluded place, she shouted “kill him” from behind and that’s when the killers attacked him.
As per the reports, Sonam’s alleged boyfriend had not travelled to Meghalaya but he had hired three friends to commit the crime in exchange for money. However, he was in constant contact with Sonam Raghuvanshi, the reports suggest.
For the unversed, four days after the couple went missing, Raja Raghuvanshi’s body was found with a machete (allegedly the murder weapon) lying around. Since then many claims have made headlines. The owner of the dhaba also spoke to media and narrated the time when he first saw Sonam Raghuvanshi. As per him, she was in a devastated condition and did not how she had landed in Uttar Pradesh. He also gave her water and said that she asked for a phone to call her family.
