Eyewitness Claims Sonam Raghuvanshi’s Alleged BF Drove Visitors To Raja Raghuvanshi’s Funeral
Sonam and Raja Raghuvanshi got married on May 11 and spent their honeymoon in Meghalaya just a few days later.
In the tragic case of Raja Raghuvanshi’s murder in Meghalaya, it is being reported that his wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi’s alleged lover Raj Kushwaha, drove a vehicle to transport people to the victim’s funeral. This was reported by an eyewitness, and this has complicated the case even more. In recent updates, Raj has confessed to having an affair with Sonam, but revealed he had nothing to do with the murder.
About Raja Raghuvanshi’s Death
Raja Raghuvanshi’s murder case took an unexpected turn on Monday, June 10, after a series of arrests. His wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi, was also arrested after being accused by the Meghalaya police of orchestrating the murder. But among the people who attended Raja’s funeral, Lakshman Singh Rathore said that Sonam’s alleged boyfriend was driving the vehicle arranged by her family.
After the Indore-based businessman’s body arrived, Sonam’s family, who lived in Govind Nagar Kharcha, arranged 4-5 vehicles for people to attend the funeral. Lakshman told PTI that Kushwaha was driving one of the four-wheelers in which he sat. Though they did not talk, he recognised him after seeing his photographs in the media.
Sonam and Raja Raghuvanshi got married on May 11 and spent their honeymoon in Meghalaya just a few days later. On May 23, the couple went missing, triggering searches for both of them. On June 2, Raja’s body was found in a gorge near Weisawdong Falls in Meghalaya’s East Khasi Hills district.
Sonam Raghuvanshi’s family has, however, denied her involvement in the murder and has asked CBI to investigate the matter. Recent reports also highlighted how she broke down during the investigations after seeing her alleged boyfriend, Raj, on a video call.
