Lohagad Fort Reportedly Sees 50% Rise In Tourism!
Lohagad Fort is one of the most significant historical places in India. The destination has seen a lot of historical events unfold. However, this time, it went viral after people came across Siya Goyal, Ketan Agarwal’s, and Chetan Chaudhary’s case. According to a report by NDTV, people are visiting the said location to see the gorge where the 26-year-old allegedly lost his life. It is being said that after the news of the same case circulated, the number of visitors increased. An official reportedly stated that while approximately 1,000 tourists used to visit on holidays previously, the number has increased to 1,500. They added that the number of visitors during the weekdays used to be around 400, which has now gone up to 600. It’s worth noting that the Lohagad Fort was closed temporarily earlier due to the crime scene’s investigation.

Details About Case!
Ketan Agarwal and Siya Goyal, who were going to get married, went to the Lohagad Fort on the morning of June 18. After reaching the destination, Siya called his mother around 10:45, claiming that he had accidentally fallen into a gorge. Initially it was believed to be an accident, but after the 26-year-old’s family became suspicious, a police complaint was filed. As per NDTV’s report, the investigation revealed that Siya and Chetan Chaudhary had already been plotting his murder. But the accused have been arrested by the police.
