An extremely tragic and harrowing incident has taken India by shock. Radhika Yadav, a 25-year-old state tennis player, was allegedly shot and killed by her father in Gurugram, Haryana. The event reportedly happened at 10:30 am this morning at the family’s home in Sector 57. Reports say that Radhika’s father shot three bullets at her. Media reports said that her father was allegedly upset about her addiction to making Instagram reels and fired five bullets at her, three of which hit her.
How Tennis Player Radhika Yadav Shot And Killed By Father In Gurugram
After the shooting, the 25-year-old tennis player was immediately taken to the hospital. She arrived at a private hospital in a critical condition and despite ongoing treatment, immediately succumbed to her injuries. Police received the information of her death from the hospital, which reported that a young girl had passed away in their facility after being shot by three bullets.
Ongoing Police Investigation
Radhika Yadav’s uncle met with the police but maintained silence on the incident. The police also visited the scene where the crime allegedly happened and confirmed that it was Radhika’s father who had shot her. The investigation into Radhika’s death is currently ongoing, and authorities are looking into what caused this incident to happen.
