A clash has happened between with the Noida and West Bengal police over a case involving an investigation after the FIR filed by the TMC leader Mahua Moitra. Now, there have been allegations from both ends. The WB police have alleged that their investigation was interrupted by the Noida police which resulted in the alleged accused running away. What Happened?
The West Bengal and Noida police have give different narratives about a case. As per the reports, the WB police have alleged that the Noida team obstructed their investigation while they were almost about to catch the accused. As per reports, the WB police stated that they had located and detained the accused when around 10-15 Noida police personnels intervened and stopped them from carrying out the arrests. However, as per an NDTV report, the Noida police alleged that a group of WB police from Krishnanagar had reached Noida on Monday morning to carry out the arrest based on the warrant by a local court in Nadia district.
Furthermore, the Bengal police also claimed that the four-people team was taken to the police station and were kept waiting for more than an hour, while the accused escaped. However, the Noida police have dismissed allegations 0f intervention and said that that the WB team had arrived without prior notice, and they had only requested for some time to follow the raid procedures. They also claimed that when the teams reached for joint raid, the suspect was not found at the location.

What Was The Case?
This case was linked to an FIR by TMC MP Mahua Moitra. Some chats claimed to be between Mahua Moitra and political strategist Prashant Kishore were circulated on social media. The TMC Mahua Moitra filed a complaint with the police alleging that it was false. The investigation revealed that the chats were circulated by a man identified as Surajit Dasgupta, and they forensic reports revealed they were fabricated.
