The shocking case of the Noida dowry case, in which a 28-year-old woman, Nikki Bhati, was allegedly burnt alive, is just getting twisted each day. The police investigation is ongoing, and in the latest developments on the case, the doctors have revealed Nikki’s death declaration in which she claimed that her condition was due to an accident. What Was Nikki Bhati’s Death Declaration?
Nikki Bhati was allegedly burnt alive, and the police have arrested her husband, Vipin Bhati, and the in-laws in the alleged dowry case. As per the latest news reports, the police and doctors have released Nikki’s death declaration in which she claimed that everything was just a cooking accident. On Wednesday, the investigators said that Nikki claimed that the burn injuries were caused to her while cooking, however, the police also believed that she could have made these claims to protect her sister who was married in the same family, as per a Hindustan Times report.
Furthermore, the officials revealed that as per Nikki’s death declaration to the doctors, she was burnt by a cylinder blast at her house. However, this statement could have had more weightage if Nikki recorded it before the Magistrate in the court, but unfortunately she could not survive. Reportedly, the victim died on her way to the Safdarjung hospital.

Although, as per the reports, the police has dismissed the cylinder blast angle in the case after an investigation. On the other hand, Nikki’s husband Vipin Bhati claimed that his wife died by suicide. Some CCTV footages have also been recovered in the case along with a few key evidences.
