The police have dug into more shocking details of the Delhi murder case where a 23-year-old, Nikki Yadav was killed by her live-in partner Sahil Gehlot. The accused in the case is currently under police custody and has made some revelations about the planning of getting rid of Nikki Yadav’s body after his marriage, and apparently, he was not alone in this. On February 20, Monday the Delhi police informed the media about the arrest of Sahil’s father and four other culprits accused in this crime.

As per the initial details of the case, Sahil Gehlot killed Nikki Yadav just a few hours before marrying another girl of his father’s choice. However, further investigation revealed that Sahil Gehlot was already married to Nikki Yadav, and this was the major reason why she was against his second marriage. However, the police in its latest development, revealed that in his defence, Sahil Gehlot had said that he was left with no option except to kill her. The Delhi Police also said that the accused did not regret his killing and that was very evident during the interrogation, as per the news.

In the latest development, it has been revealed that Sahil Gehlot, his father and 4 other men had various plans of getting rid of Nikki’s body, but the limited time did not allow them to execute it. During his interrogation, Sahil Gehlot had said that they were planning to crush his body under a truck to make it look like an incident, or another plan was to disfigure her face and throw the body in a canal. Currently, the Delhi police have some more confirmations to get from the witnesses of Sahil and Nikki Yadav’s marriage. They will also cross-check with the owner of the house where the couple was living.
