Meghalaya Police Recovers Pistol From Raj Kushwaha’s House In Indore: Reports

The Meghalaya honeymoon case is quite a twisted one, but gradually, the police are unfolding it. Many shocking revelations about the case have surfaced so far, and recently, victim Raja Raghuvanshi’s wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi, the prime suspect, has admitted to her relationship with Raj Kushwaha, the mastermind behind the crime, as per the police. In the latest development on the investigation, Meghalaya police have finally found the pistol. Read on for more.

What Is The Update?

Raja Raghuvanshi, a 29-year-old Indore-based businessman, was found dead a few days later after he went missing. The prime accused is his wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi, and her alleged lover, Raj Kushwaha. The police are slowly trying to join the missing pieces and are on a hunt to find the belongings that Sonam left behind before being arrested by the authorities.

In the latest updates, the Meghalaya police have found the pistol from Indore. According to the Indian Express report, the SP shared some details and stated that the police recovered a pistol which belonged to Raj Kushwaha. However, they have not yet revealed whether or not the pistol was registered in his name. They are now looking for a laptop which belonged to Sonam,

A few days back, the police also arrested the property dealer who gave the flat on rent where Sonam and Raj stayed after the alleged crime. The police have also arrested the flat owner, who is accused of eliminating evidence from the flat.

Raja Raghuvanshi’s family had also requested a narco test on the accused, but it has been declined. As per the reports, the police also believe that they have enough evidence, and a narco test was not needed.
