There has been a substantial amount of development in the Meghalaya honeymoon case, which took the life of a 29-year-old Indore-based businessman, Raja Raghuvanshi. The prime accused in this case is his wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi, and her alleged lover Raj Kushawaha. The latter hired three men to kill the victim, and all five are currently in police custody. As per the latest updates, the two accused killers did not say anything before the court, as opposed to confessions made by them earlier. Read on to know more.

What Is The Update?

The accused in the Raja Raghuvanshi case are currently in police custody. In the latest updates, the police informed the media and two accused who were presented before the magistrate. As per the NDTV report, police said that the two accused killers in the case did not speak in front of the magistrate, and they have the right to do so. However, the police assured that they have enough evidence in the case, and they were waiting for some more forensic results.

Earlier, police had stated that all the accused had confessed to the crime and had also recreated the scene for them. However, their statements before the magistrate are of due importance in the court. On the other hand, Sonam Raghuvanshi and Raj Kushwaha had committed to their relationship, as per the police.

Raja Raghuvanshi’s body was found 2 days after the couple went missing. Days later, Sonam Raghuvanshi surrendered to the police on the Ghazipur highway. The police have also found two murder weapons. We hope the victim gets justice soon.
