It was earlier reported that Liam died in Buenos Aires after falling from the balcony of his hotel, however, the recent statements by the security minister suggest something else. The former One Direction member Liam Payne died an unfortunate death at the age of 31. In the latest updates, Buenos Aires Security Minister Pablo Policicchio gave his statement to the media and stated that the singer ‘jumped from the balcony’ of his hotel room. Furthermore, he also added that the police officers immediately rushed to the hotel after they received an emergency call from one of the staff at the hotel.
What Did Police Say?
The police investigating Liam Payne’s death revealed that the singer had gotten many serious injuries after falling off the balcony and that the medics announced his death on the spot.
As per the news reports, hotel staff had also called in emergency help because a man under the influence of drugs and alcohol was behaving violently in the hotel. The reports also claimed that Liam Payne smashed his laptop and had to be taken back to his hotel room. It further reveals that the 911 call also informed the police about the guest’s life-threatening situation because he was out of control.
