BJP Compares CM Mamata Banerjee With Kim Jong Un
On Wednesday, Mamata Banerjee responded to the BJP’s 12-hour Bengal Bandh and stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was causing trouble in Bengal after the Kolkata doctor rape and murder case. She warned that Prime Minister Modi’s party was making things worse not just in Bengal but also in other places like Assam, North-East, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Delhi. CM Mamata Banerjee further added that she loves Bangladesh, however, Bangladesh and India are different countries and stirring up trouble could have major consequences.
Union Minister Giriraj Singh responded to her statement by saying that her tone was not appropriate for a democratic person or a Chief Minister. Furthermore, he added that just like North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee does not accept opposition. Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sharma also responded to her remark. “Didi, how dare you threaten Assam? Don’t show us red eyes. ” He further mentioned that CM Mamata Banerjee shouldn’t even try to burn India with her politics of failure. It does not suit her to speak disruptive language. Moreover, BJP MP Sudhanshu Trivedi stated that the CM threatened doctors with her statement.
