“Prior Permission To Fly Abroad Caused Her Losses”: Delhi Court Eases Jacqueline Fernandez’s Bail Restrictions
Jacqueline Fernandez’s association with conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar landed her in a soup, to say the least. The pictures of them getting cosy and all lovey-dovey with each other nearly broke the internet. Despite these photos, Jackqueline has denied being involved with Sukesh. Along with him, she was one of the prime accused in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case which led the CBI to question her and also did not allow her to fly out of the country. But as per new reports, Jacqueline Fernandez’s bail restrictions have been eased, and she can now travel abroad.

Jacqueline Fernandez’s bail eased

As per a Times Of India report, Jacqueline Fernandez has gotten much-needed relief as her bail restrictions have been eased. She now has permission to fly aboard contrary to the earlier orders when she was not allowed to leave the country. As per the new order, she has to inform the Enforce Directorate (ED) and the court three days before she leaves the country. If she does not inform, her travel will not be authorised.

Special Judge Shailendra Malik relieved the restrictions on Jacqueliene’s bail keeping in mind that she needs to travel abroad for work purposes. Judge Malik also pointed out Jacqueline never violated the terms of her bail before which required her to take approval before flying out for work purposes.

Jacqueliene Fernandez’s bail application

Before the restriction was eased, Jacqueline Fernandez had appealed to the court that she suffered financial losses every time she had to undergo lengthy court procedures to take permission to fly aboard. She also claimed that people have dropped her and chosen to work with other artists because her court approvals took so long.

Last month, the actress celebrated her 38th birthday and also shared pictures of her enjoying herself with her friends on the big day.
