In a shocking turn of events, rumours about Pakistan’s former Prime Minister, Imran Khan, have intensified after his three sisters claimed that they were ‘brutally’ assaulted outside Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail. This happened by the stated machinery, which was seeking a meeting with their brother. His sisters, Noreen Niazi, Aleema Khan and Dr Uzma Khan, have claimed that they were not allowed to meet the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman in over three weeks, as per PTI.
About Imran Khan
Imran Khan has been making the headlines nonstop for over two days over unverified claims of his demise after a source-based Afghan media report claimed he was killed inside the Adiala Jail. As per The Afghanistan Times, the 72-year-old leader succumbed to alleged mistreatment in custody, and his body was supposedly relocated out of the prison complex. After this, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the self-styled Balochistan alleged that he had been assassinated in jail.
It was claimed in a X (Previously Twitter) post that the Pakistani Intelligence agency, called ISI and Army chief General Asim Munir, had started the conspiracy to kill the PTI chairman. They wrote, “If this information is confirmed to be true, it marks the absolute end of terrorist Pakistan. The collapse of its last remaining legitimacy will begin the moment the truth is exposed to the world.”

The unverified claims have not yet been confirmed by any credible sources, and the Pakistani government officials have dismissed this report by the portal. They compared it with similar reports that revealed Khan’s alleged killing in May of this year. An old picture of Imran Khan in the hospital is also going viral, but it has also been dismissed as fake. Later, this sister Aleema Khan and his PTI supporters also dismissed their sit-in at the Gorakpur checkpost near Adiala Jail after the negotiations with the police. If a report by ARY News is to be believed, the police assured them that meetings with Imran would be arranged.
The family has now been granted access to Imran Khan later this Thursday and again next Tuesday, prompting the demonstrators to withdraw peacefully.
