All You Need To Know About Gwyneth Paltrow’s Courtroom Drama Regarding Her 2016 Skiing Accident!

Who said that courtroom trials are only dramatic in movies and shows? Real-life celebrity courtroom trials have proven to be far more dramatic than reel-life ones. The recent Amber Heard and Johnny Depp case certainly proved this notion right, and I guess, we have another celeb courtroom drama cropping up! This time, it is about Gwyneth Paltrow and her 2016 ski accident case. Looks like the case in the courtroom was high on drama as there have been some discrepancies in the testimonies given. If you are someone who is not aware of what is happening in the case, here are all the deets you need to know!

Academy Award winner, Gwyneth Paltrow was involved in a skiing accident in 2016 wherein she and 76-year-old Terry Sanderson crashed into one another. Now, both claim that it was the other person who crashed into them. In view of the some, Sanderson has claimed that he also sustained a severe brain injury and the accident left him with fractured ribs. And has sued Paltrow for $300,000.

As per reports, the Iron Man actress is counter-suing Sanderson of $1 and her attorney fees. It looks like her move of hers is inspired by Taylor Swift who sued DJ David Mueller for $1. When asked if it was, she said that it was symbolic and also that the damages would be more.

Gwyneth Paltrow claims that she thought she was being sexually abused after she and Sanderson fell on the ground post the crash because she felt like they were ‘spooning’. Whereas Terry Sanderson said that it was Gwyneth who skied out of control to which the latter said that she has never indulged in ‘risky behaviour’. She also went ahead to say that Sanderson is trying to take advantage of her celebrity status and her money.

I think this case will become a reason for me to never go skiing in the future. Who wants to crash into another person and get embroiled in such drama? Not me, really!
