In a tragic news piece today, a father allegedly r*ped his 14-year-old daughter in Paharganj, Delhi, according to the reports. This incident was reported to the police by the woman on Saturday night. The authorities revealed that the accused has been arrested and sent to judicial custody. This remains yet another case where a minor girl had to face this unspeakable alleged crime. Father Allegedly R*pes 14-Year-Old Daughter
According to the media reports, the police control room received a call from a woman who reported the assault on Saturday. Once the authorities reached the spot, they met the woman, who was the owner of the house where the family lived. They were informed that the father, 40, who hails from Bihar, had allegedly r*ped 14 year old daughter. The police revealed to the media that the survivor lived with her 13-year-old sister and parents in a rented accommodation. As per an officer, the girl alleged that the father used to beat up her mother and two sisters regularly, adding that he r*ped his daughter on three occasions, including on Saturday. The survivor opened up about it to her younger sister. The younger sister informed the homeowner who also resided in the same building. The police were told that the r*pe survivor may have told her mother but she failed to take any action. She will be questioned about the same. It was also revealed that the mother was not home when the incident happened.

What Did The Medical Examiner Reveal?
Medical examiner reportedly confirmed that the 14-year-old girl was r*ped. The police revealed the survivor was under observation for some time before being discharged on Sunday. Additionally, her clothes and bedsheet have also been sent for forensic examination. Police also revealed that on Sunday, a case on charges of r*pe under sections BNS and POCSO Act was registered and the accused was also arrested on the same day.
