R*pe Convict Ram Rahim Granted Parole For 15th Time!
Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh has been convicted of r*ping two girls.
Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, who has been convicted of r*ping two girls, was granted a 40 day parol again. This would reportedly mark the 15th time he has been released from prison since his conviction in 2017. For the unversed, in 2019, Ram Rahim along with three other individuals were convicted of a journalist’s m*rder more than 16 years ago. Read on to know more about the convict.
Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Granted 40 Day Parole
Gurmeet Ram Rahim is currently serving a 20 year prison sentence for r*ping two of his disciples. After he was granted parole, he made his way out of the Sunaria Jail in Rohtak. Dera spokesperson and advocate Jitendra Khurana revealed to PTI that the convict will stay at his Sirsa headquartered Dera. It’s worth mentioning that Ram Rahim was previously released from jail on a 40-day parole in August 2025. He was permitted a 21-day furlough back in April 2025. Ahead of the Delhi Assembly polls in February, he was granted a 30-day parole in January 2025. Additionally, Ram Rahim was given 20 day parole on October 1, 2024, days before the Haryana assembly polls. That’s not it! He was given a 21-day furlough in August 2024. Adding to that, the r*pe convict was granted a three-week furlough in February 2022, days before the Punjab assembly polls.
