Shutterstock On ChatGPT
Shutterstock has launched its own app on ChatGPT, and now users will have complete access to the licensed content. This will include using images, videos, music, and sound directly while using ChatGPT. In its statement, the company also said that the ChatGPT users will be able to smoothly get content from trusted and right-cleared sources. The content will be production-asset ready. Another interesting thing to note here is that the ChatGPT users will also be able to search or retrieve commercially usable assets through some prompts, and they will not need to leave the chat.
The Vice President, Marketplace Strategy at Shutterstock, Paul Teall, also spoke about this very interesting collab, and said that their user base trusted Shutterstock for high-quality, licensed content, and now they would be getting it directly on ChatGPT.
There is also an increased use of ChatGPT for creative workflows, and as per Shutterstock, it’s beneficial for them to use ChatGPT’s conversational interface to look for assets and shift to production without any hindrance in the process.
