Woman who wear clothes of their choice are often described as “modern”. As long as the dress is modest, it’s okay but the same doesn’t apply when women wear short clothes. Everyone takes it upon themselves to publicly shame the women over their choice of clothes. And another proof of that has now gone viral on social media. The video is from Bengaluru and it shows an old woman scolding an influencer over her dress. Well, read here to know what happened later.
Old Video Scolding Influencer
Controversial videos go viral in no time and that’s exactly what happened with this video from Bengaluru. It shows an old woman scolding an influencer for wearing short dresses. An influencer, Shriyanshi, was shooting a video and she was wearing black shorts with white top, and black boots. While she was about to start shooting, an old woman intervened and started scolding her in her mother-tongue. Some people translated what the woman said, and as per which she asked Shriyanshi to wear churidars (trousers) instead of the short clothes as it does not look good on women. The woman later also said that her main problem was with the influencer’s dress, and did not mind her shooting the video.

However, it was later noticed that the influencer had deleted the video. Many social media users also reacted to the video and opined that the old woman was not rude with the influencer, and merely expressed her thoughts regarding the influencer’s dress. As per many, the elderly woman did nothing wrong, and it was just an extension of her conditioning.
