Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul bought a new place of residence for themselves and it’s located in Pali Hill, Bandra. As per news reports, the price of this 3,350 sq ft apartment is around 20 crores. They have bought an apartment on the second floor of Sandhu Palace. The building has a total of 18 apartments. The couple has already paid a stamp duty of 1.2 crores and a 30,000 registration fee for the property. It also includes four parking.
Actress Athiya Shetty and her cricketer husband KL Rahul tied the knot in January 2023. Their wedding was an intimate affair but many of their close friends from the industry also became a part of it. They celebrated their first anniversary with a private dinner, and have also been quite a PDA kinda couple on social media, which of course their fans love! They also attended the lavish wedding ceremonies of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant and walked the red carpet donning some exquisite outfits.
