In recent events, Ashok Kharat, aka the self-proclaimed godman in Maharashtra’s Nashik, for alleged r*pe and obscene videos of him in erotic acts, has been making headlines. This case has led to the making of an online black market where people are looking for such videos. Amid this, many on the social media platform Telegram are claiming that they can supply these.

About Ashok Kharat MMS Case

Ashok Kharat was arrested in Maharashtra’s Nashik for allegedly r*ping a 27-year-old woman. As per the complaint, he promised to solve the woman’s marital problems if she submitted to his demands and then went on to s*xually assault her. A Special Investigation Team working on the case of the head of a temple trust in Nashik has reportedly gotten more than 100 complaints so far. In addition to this, around 50 videos and pictures have been recovered by the police, some of which allegedly show Kharat in obscene acts. Shiv Sena’s Sanjay Raut went on to link this case to Jeffrey Epstein’s.

As per Google Trends, few people appear to be interested in Kharat’s identity or how he rose from merchant marine to become a highly important “Godman”. Instead, most individuals appeared to be hunting for the purportedly sexual videos of him. Searches in the past 24 hours show queries like “Ashok Kharat viral videos,” “How to see the viral video of Ashok Kharat,” and “Ashok Kharat viral video kaha dekhe.” Many of these enquiries go to an obvious destination: Telegram, an instant messaging program known for the spread of pornographic content.
