Andrew Tate is facing fresh legal trouble in the United Kingdom, as four women have filed a civil lawsuit accusing him of rape!

Self-proclaimed internet personality and influencer Andrew Tate is facing fresh legal trouble in the United Kingdom, as four women have filed a civil lawsuit accusing him of rape, assault, and coercive control. The women, who were either in relationships with Tate or worked for his webcam business between 2013 and 2015, allege a pattern of abuse that includes s*xual violence, strangulation, and psychological manipulation.
New Allegations Against Andrew Tate Surface
The allegations were made public in court filings reported by The Guardian, which detail disturbing accounts from all four claimants. One woman, who says she dated Tate in 2013, alleges that he sexually assaulted her after a training session, following a chilling comment: “I’m just debating whether to rape you or not.” She described how he became aggressive, choked her, and forced himself on her, allegedly telling her to “shut the f**k up” and calling her a “good girl” when she complied in fear.
According to her statement, Tate continued asking during the assault, “Who do you belong to?” She claims the assault left her with lasting psychological trauma. In his defense, Tate maintains that their sexual encounter was consensual and that the woman later visited him on several occasions.
Another woman who worked for Tate’s webcam business says he raped her while whispering “good girl,” and claimed he once threatened to shoot her. A third woman alleges that Tate frequently strangled her during their time together, resulting in visible bruising and burst capillaries around her eyes. A fourth woman recalls being choked to the point of unconsciousness, after which she says Tate continued to have sex with her, allegedly saying, “I own you” and “I’m going to kill you.”
All four women say the abuse they suffered at Tate’s hands has left them with long-term mental health issues. The claims span a period when Tate was based in the UK, and the women initially reported the allegations to police in 2019. However, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) ultimately declined to pursue criminal charges.

Tate, who has been banned from several social media platforms for his controversial views and misogynistic rhetoric, has denied all allegations, describing them as a pack of lies and gross fabrications. His legal team argues that the lawsuit should be dismissed, in part, due to the amount of time that has passed since the alleged incidents. The case comes amid ongoing criminal investigations into Tate and his brother, Tristan, in Romania and the UK, where they are accused of human trafficking, exploitation of minors, and money laundering. The pair are believed to be currently residing in Dubai.
A preliminary hearing for the civil case is scheduled to take place in London on April 15. The outcome of this hearing could determine whether the case proceeds to a full trial.
