The Ambani family has reportedly hired a 100 private jets and 3 falcons for their guests ahead of Anant Ambani, Radhika Merchant wedding!
The Ambani family is sparing no expense for the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, which promises to be one of the most extravagant Indian weddings in recent history. Mukesh Ambani, the billionaire patriarch of the family, has reportedly hired three Falcon-2000 jets to transport guests to Mumbai for the grand event. These jets are part of the air charter company Club One Air’s fleet, and the company’s CEO, Rajan Mehra, confirmed that over 100 private planes are expected to be utilized for the wedding festivities.

Guests will be flown in from various parts of the country, with each aircraft making multiple trips to accommodate the influx of attendees. The wedding is set to take place at the Jio World Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai’s central business district. To manage the anticipated traffic congestion, the Mumbai traffic police have issued an advisory restricting road access around the venue to event vehicles only from 1 PM to midnight, July 12-15.

The main wedding ceremony will take place on Friday, July 12 while Sunday will be a day for blessings (Shubh Aashirwad) followed by a reception on Monday. The area around Jio World Centre is filled with decorative lights and red flowers. At the same time, Antilia –the Ambani’s twenty-seven-story mansion has marigolds all over its walls and bright lights which are yellow to emphasise that it is a festive environment. The wedding festivities are the culmination of a series of lavish pre-wedding celebrations. These began with events in Jamnagar and continued with a four-day gala on a luxury cruise in Europe. The past two weeks in Mumbai have been filled with star-studded events featuring performances by global artists such as Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Katy Perry, and the Backstreet Boys, alongside appearances by India’s top Bollywood celebrities.
