The news of Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar’s death sent shockwaves across the nation. The NCPA leader died after a fatal plane crash in Baramundi, in Pune Area. As per the news reports, no passenger on the airplane survived the crash. There were reportedly 5 people including the crew people. The investigation in ongoing. The actor took to his social media to pen a note on Ajit Pawar’s sudden demise. He expressed deep shock and pain on the news and addressed him as one of Maharashtra’s most dynamic leaders. Riteish Deshmukh described Ajit Pawar as a leader who inspired everyone around him, never minced his words and had an ‘unmatched wit’. The actor called it an irreplaceable void, and also extended his condolences to the family.

Kangana Ranaut

The Queen star also shared a picture of Maharashtra’s Deputy CM Ajit Pawar, and wrote, “Om Shanti”.
