Aaradhya Bachchan Moves Delhi HC Against YouTube Channel Spreading Fake News About Her. More Power To Her!

Hope this will warn those spreading fake news.

Aaradhya Bachchan Moves Delhi HC Against YouTube Channel Spreading Fake News About Her. More Power To Her!

Those publications and media outlets that have nothing substantial to contribute to society often resort to yellow journalism (sensationalism) to stay relevant. We see so many YouTube channels with exaggerated headlines that are purely written for click bait purposes. Many of these YT channels go on to write false things about celebrities, and these days even star kids. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan’s daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, is one such celebrity kid who has always been targeted by trolls. There is much crap written about her in the media as well. And it looks like she has had enough. Aaradhya has written to the Delhi High Court to seek help against a YouTube channel that reported fake reports about her health.

As per a report by India Today, Aaradhya Bachchan has sought the Delhi High Court’s help against the fake news reported by a YouTube channel about her health. Aaradhya, who is 11 years old, has sought a judicial order from the court against the media outlet for reporting false things about as she is a minor. The hearing of this case is scheduled to take place on April 20, 2023, at Delhi HC.

As per reports, in her petition, Aaradhya Bachchan has asked that these videos be ‘delisted and deactivated’. The petition has been filed by the Anand and Naik law firm who have said that the defendant’s (the media outlet) only motive is to profit from the Bachchan family’s reputation, and also that it does not care about the damage it causes to the family members.

We are glad that Aaradhya Bachchan decided to take this action, with the help and guidance of the family, of course. This will set an example and also send a clear message to such media portals that their clickbait strategies will not be tolerated. It is shocking enough that such media portals report to reporting fake news about celebs and their children when they have nothing good and informative to report.
