Little Miss Aaradhya Bachchan made a bold move against the frivolous media outlets that had posted all fake news reports about her health. News broke out on April 20, 2023, that Aaradhya, the daughter of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, had written a petition to Delhi High Court about a particular YouTube channel that had been spreading fake news about her health. The hearing of the case was scheduled on the same day, and well the verdict is out.
As per reports, Justice C Harishankar heard this petition, and ordered that the channels and entities who had posted fake news about Aaradhya Bachchan’s health should remove all content about it. The judge also observed that the circulation of false information about a child especially when it came to their health is unacceptable in a court of law. He also added that every child, be it a celebrity’s kid or a common person’s kid, should be treated with respect and honour.
Justice C Harishankar has also issued notices to Google LLC and other relevant entities that operate channels on YouTube and said that Google must comply with IT Rules 2021. Most importantly, the Delhi HC bench also directed the Centre to block access to some of the most notorious sites like Bollywood Chingari, Bollywood Time, Bollywood Station,Bolly Station HD, Bollywood Shine, Bolly Pakora, and a couple of other channels.
The judge also went on to add that if Aaradhya Bachchan’s father Abhishek, who is the plaintiff in this case, comes across other content regarding his daughter’s health, it will immediately order to strike down the URL of that website.

This strict action will stop any other site practising sensationalism from posting any kind of fake content about Aaradhya, and it was also a warning to them. Aaradhya Bachchan has been constantly trolled for her looks, her outfits, and even for holding Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s hand at events.
