As per reports, prosecutors charged the Japanese woman with s*xual assault that happened in the fansign. This charge falls under South Korea’s strict S*xual Violence Punishment Act and soon, her case will go to the 9th Criminal Division of the Seoul Eastern District Court, where Judge Lee Jung Min will handle the trial. Korean lawyer Jung Tae Won explained that when someone from another country breaks the law in South Korea, the same rules apply to them as to Korean citizens.
