The cape that Aishwarya wore had a Sanskrit shlok written on it, which read: Karmanye vadhikaraste Ma Phaleshu Kadachana, Ma Karmaphalaheturbhurma Te Sangostvakarmani. In short, this verse means that one should focus on doing their actions and not worry about the outcome of them. We have often heard the phrase that says a person should not attach themselves to the action and its outcome, and that's what the shlok means.
