In the now-viral Instagram reel, posted on November 20, an umbilical cord is shown to be shaped, dried, and sealed before receiving a layer of gold that turns it into a heart-shaped pendant. She explained that the umbilical cord represents the first connection between a mother and her child. The creator also revealed that the rapper received a placenta print, and a portion of her placenta was turned into capsules, a growing wellness trend among new moms.
