The video starts with her breaking down, followed by the next scene in which she explains that she has been focused on studying for the last four months. Kim also shows her notes and declares that she has one shot and she’s going to be shooting that. Amid her back issues, Kim kept on working hard to achieve her goal. Further, the clip cuts to her crying, where she says that every time she feels like stepping ahead, something happens to try to stop her from doing that. The reality show star adds that a part of her wants to hit pause and that she feels like her brain's going to explode. Despite breaking down, Kim does not stop. In the next scene, she reveals feeling better and more prepared than the previous days. In her caption The Kardashian star penned that on November 7 she found out that she didn't clear the exam, which disappointed her. But this was not the end for Kim.
