Recently, the news of popular K-pop group EXO reuniting sent fans into a frenzy. But some fans felt sad and disappointed because only six singers will join and not all nine. Officials revealed that they found no sign of the company breaking any rules or tricking the K-pop idols. It all started in June 2023 when Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin revealed that they want to end their unjust long-term contract. However, later both groups made a deal that the three members will keep working as a team under the agency. But their solo activities will be handled with their agency, INB100. But things took a drastic turn when the three members did not hand over the 10 percent cut of their earnings to SM, as the deal required. Following which, more legal fights and even police reports. However, none went the trio's way. Cops and legal experts dismissed their cheating charges against SM Entertainment. Groups like the Culture Ministry and Fair Trade office checked everything and said SM broke no rules.
