Weddings can be a risky business for all of us. For most of us in this generation, planning a career is much easier than finding a lover. Right? I mean, take this from someone who hasn’t found a partner in twenty-five years of her life. But ruling this category and helping people meet is Indian matchmaker Sima Taparia. Taparia rose to fame with Netflix’s The Indian Matchmaking and made shaadi, a flourishing business. Soon, the chatter around Taparia’s opinions on weddings and partnerships became a subject of great interest for everyone.

Sima Taparia’s Suggestion To Youngsters

Sharing her valuable suggestion, she expressed–” I suggest everyone that see your checklist, and see what all is there. Tick box sixty per cent and be satisfied with that. Because if you’re picky, you won’t get hundred percent.” She also mentioned how her male mentality changed over time. She shared an interesting insight and mentioned that most men when looking at bio data, look at the picture and reject the girl, which is not a good sign. To which she often says, “How will you ever know a person with just the picture? I suggest until you don’t meet someone personally, you won’t ever understand. And when I force them and make them meet the girl, then they say–wow!”

In this episode, Sima Taparia took the audience deep inside her personal life, and her opinions on marriage and getting into the matchmaking business. Check out the full interview here.
