Laapataa Ladies Name Change
The much-loved film Laapataa Ladies has been selected as India’s official entry to the Oscars. The makers Kiran Rao and Aamir Khan are on cloud nine and want to make the best of this golden opportunity. They have decided to even change the name of this film for a better recall value on the international stage. Kiran Rao and Aamir Khan have confirmed the title ‘Lost Ladies’ for the film Laapataa Ladies. Lost is the English translation of Laapataa which means Missing. The announcement was made in the latest poster of the film as the worldwide promotions have finally begun. The post was shared on the official Instagram page of Aamir Khan Productions. Laapataa Ladies stars Pratibha Ranta, Sparsh Srivastava and Nitanshi Goel.
A recent screening of the film was held in New York and the evening was hosted by Chef Vikas Khanna. He also posted many pictures from the event and hailed Kiran Rao and Aamir Khan for creating such an iconic film.
