If you were among the countless Indian girls spending hours scanning Topshop’s site only to end up sighing because they wouldn’t deliver to India, you can now heave a happy sigh of relief. The British high street brand and its male counterpart Topman have partnered with online fashion store Jabong to retail their collections in India. To mark the happy occasion, the website hosted a super fun party in Mumbai with a host of Bollywood and fashion peeps in attendance.
We spotted Dino Morea, Sohail Khan, Ayan Mukerji and Shazahn Padamsee, models Ujjwala Raut, Candice Pinto and Deepti Gujral, designers Falguni and Shane Peacock, Nikhil Thampi and Payal Khandwala, among others. The night rolled along with some power-packed performances by EZ Riser, Donn Bhat + Passenger Revelator as well as Dualist Inquiry. The highlight of the evening though was an art series on the Brit brand made by an RGB light experiment created by artist Viraag Desai. Missed the action?
