June has come to an end and I think now’s a good time for me to get cracking on my New Year resolution to get fit, no? Whether you want get those booty gains, lose those love handles, or even get your overall health in check, I’ve got the perfect apps that will help you get fitter than ever, and for free. Whoever said that the best things in life aren’t free didn’t know what he/she was talking about!

1. Asana Rebel Yoga

I’m sure you all remember how Kareena Kapoor extolled the virtues of yoga when she lost oodles of weight. I choose Asana Rebel Yoga for its free informational workout videos. I love the fact that they provide focused workouts like: Yoga For Creativity, Fat Burning Yoga, Yoga For Runners, etc.

Anyone who has lost weight will tell you that 70% of your goals are obtained through a healthy diet! I depend on My Fitness Pal to help me keep track of all the food I’ve eaten through the day and maintain my nutrition goals. You can not only track calories but also macros. The best part is you can sync it with your fitness tracker (these are some of our faves) and it’ll tabulate that information as well.
