Pre‑Workout
The Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actress says that she wakes up around 5:30 AM. She begins her day by drinking an entire glass of water. Before heading to the gym, she eats a banana and some soaked almonds and pistachios. This meal serves as a light pre-workout boost.
Breakfast
After coming back from the gym, Munmun Dutta prefers to have a home-cooked breakfast consisting of typical Indian breakfast dishes like poha, upma, porridge, etc. On busier days, she opts for just a glass of milk or water.
Lunch
Munmun says lunch is all about nourishment and comfort. Her lunch plate consists of rice, masoor dal, bhindi and a salad which includes beetroot, carrot and cucumber, lightly seasoned with black salt or pepper. Although Munmun avoids eating wheat, parathas sometimes make the cut with a drizzle of ghee.
Afternoon Snack
The actress prefers to eat a bowl of fresh fruits alongside homemade masala quinoa for a light snack. She also pairs the meal with some tea infused with lemongrass and ginger, which is both comforting and refreshing.
Dinner
Dinner is usually simple, like her lunch menu. Dal khichi is a staple in Munmun Dutta’s diet. She also likes to have half-fried eggs with sourdough bread sometimes for extra protein intake.
