Malhotra’s detailed physical transformation breakdown was shared by fitness trainer Tridev Pandey on Instagram. In the video, the trainer stated that the actress, who weighed 56 kgs, is consistent with working out and consuming home-cooked meals. While preparing for her role in the film, they set a goal of three months to lose weight and fat. They also decided to develop some “movement and skills.”

In the video, the trainer shared that they began learning “pull-ups.” While achieving their goal, they learned different exercises that also included push-ups, full range motion exercises and handstands. As the video progressed, the actress was seen doing multiple exercises with conviction. Pandey also gave a tip saying that whenever one goes through a transformation, it is essential to “set small goals and acquire new skills.” He also mentioned about world’s obsession with losing weight, but if one learns something new, maybe they can “definitely achieve something more.”
