My mother is 52 years old and in an attempt to keep up with the changing times, especially in the digital space, she has her accounts made on almost all of social media platforms. From Facebook to Snapchat and even Instagram, there is no place she doesn’t want to stay connected with me on. And yes, I know how it’s all a ruse to keep a tab on me. But even then, her Instagram game isn’t as strong and I don’t blame her. Hell, I am 23, I’m a millennial who is up to date with all the recent trends and even my insta game isn’t really good. But clearly age doesn’t matter here. Because Neena Gupta, the veteran actress who is 60 years old is the real OG here, and her style and insta game areboth stronger than a new age millennial.

Neena Gupta, who is celebrated for her powerful roles and her acting, is one of the very few who has managed to stay relevant in the industry despite it being sexist and ageist at the same time. And one reason for it, as we have figured out, is by being ahead of the curve and always bringing her A game to the floor, be it in movies, appearances, interviews or even with her social media.
