On Sunday, Masaba Gupta gave us a sneak peek at what she eats for breakfast by posting a picture of her food on Instagram Stories. Dropping a picture of her kala chana and green moong chilla, the designer shared that this meal is packed with nutrients and energy while adding that according to Ayurveda, kala chana is known to balance all 3 doshas.

And it looks like everyone wanted Masaba’s healthy breakfast recipe because the designer shared the detailed recipe of the kala chana and green moong chilla on popular demand. Here’s all you need to make Masaba Gupta-approved healthy breakfast.
– Kala chana and green moong sprouts (soaked overnight)
– Onion
– Dhaniya
– Chilli flakes
– One teaspoon besan
– One teaspoon rice flour
– Salt to taste
Make a paste of onion, dhaniya, chilli flakes, besan, rice flour and salt after adding some water to the mix. After that heat the pan and add some ghee to it. Mix kala chana and green moong to the paste and then spread it out on the pan and smoothen it like a chilla and cook it. You can serve this chilla with some mint chutney or ketchup.
