As the heat rolled into Mumbai, so did the crates of mangoes. Now, obviously we can’t really do anything about the heat besides dream about our winter vacations from 2017! But girl, when it comes to mangoes we can’t help but order the mango ice cream, mango milkshake, mango lassi, well basically mango everything!

Stay cool for the summer with these two cool new mango recipes that you will definitely fall in love with. This mango salsa is a perfect blend of sweet & spicy, and if you have it with corn tortilla chips, it will definitely become your go to snack. Pair that up with this mango lassi which will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth with all the health benefits.

MANGO SALSA

Things you need:

Steps to follow:

Step 1: Mix all the ingredients up in a bowl. Measure them out as per your liking. I personally don’t like onions so I went a little easy on it, and stocked up on the mangoes cause.. yumm!

Step 2: For the dressing, mix a spoon of orange juice, vinegar, salt, and lemon in a bowl.

Step 3: Pour the dressing into the mixture and mix it all up! Leave it aside for a while so that all the flavours can blend together perfectly and then let it sit in the refrigerator for a while since it tastes the best when served chill.

Step 4: You are all set to enjoy this Mango Salsa with some corn tortilla chips.

MANGO LASSI

Things you need:

 

Step 1: Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix it all up!

Step 2: Haha, if you are waiting for more steps then let me tell you that you are done! Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for a while till it’s cool and pour the mixture in a glass when you’re ready to serve.

Step 3: Garnish it with some dried fruits and you are all set to chill this summer.
