Iran’s Supreme Leader Blames US For Anti-Hijab “Riots”, Joe Biden Lends Support To Iranian Women. Can We Stop The Blame Game, Please?

A country fails its citizens when instead of understanding and dealing with their problems, it tries to play the blame game. The same situation is currently being witnessed in Iran. The world can see the atrocities faced by the women of that country except for the authorities of Iran. Amidst the strong Anti-Hijab protest that began after the death of a 22-year-old, Mahsa Amini, the Supreme leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has put the blames for this protest on US and Israel. In response to this, the American President, Joe Biden spoke in support of the Iranian women. Also, while all this continues, the women are determined to seek their rights against all the odds.

The Anti-Hijab protest by the Iranian women is growing stronger each day. Even after continuous measures of repression taken by the regime, the determination and courage of the women remain unmoved. Many protestors lost their lives, and the news of it is really shocking and sad. However, instead of listening to the citizens, the supreme leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei went ahead to accuse its enemy countries, the United States and Israel of this unrest and even called the protest as “riot”. The leader said that this “riot” has been ignited by these two countries majorly, and even asked his security forces to be prepared for more, as per the report.
