1. Tadasana
You have to stand straight and stretch your hands upwards while aligning your spine. Dr Mickey Mehta says, “This asana gives one the feeling of being alleviated and gives an expansion of the awareness” which will help increase concentration. This yoga asana will also help with maintaining the equilibrium of the body, he said.
2. Bhujangasana
In this asana, you have to lie on your stomach and arch your spine backwards. Dr Mehta says, “This asana activates the left and right brain, and with simultaneous nostril breathing, helps with focus, attention and alertness.”
3. Parvattasana
This asana helps with neural firing, meaning helps with better communication between the neurons, Dr Mickey Mehta opines. In this asana, you have to sit in the Padmasana positions and join your hands straight above your head, and stretch.
4. Ekpadasana
This asana takes form when you stand on one leg with the other leg with your hands joined and eyes closed. Dr Mehta said that this yoga asana will make you conscious of your surroundings, thus increasing concentration.
