Marble cake, true to its name, has the look of finished marble. It is often streaked or mottled-looking. This signature look is achieved by mixing up two different batters of two different shades. This can also be done by blending two or more complementary colours of fondant. End result? Smooth and sophisticated looking cakes that truly look like a beautiful marble centrepiece!
