During an exclusive chat with Hauterrfly, popular actor Kajal Aggarwal revealed how she maintained her mental health.

During the interview, Kajal Aggarwal was asked how she prioritised her mental health along with everything. To this, she replied by saying, ” I meditate, spend time with family, and take breaks to read or travel.” This is true for people with a hectic schedule.

Between film shoots, family time, and everything in between, Kajal Aggarwal makes time to consider her health. Her secret? An adaptable training regimen that keeps things interesting and productive. “I mix yoga, Pilates, and strength training, aiming for 30-40 minutes daily,” she said.

Even on her busiest days, she makes an effort to exercise her body, demonstrating that you don’t need to spend hours at the gym to keep fit. Yoga keeps her grounded, Pilates builds her core, and strength training maintains her toned. The variety keeps her from becoming bored and motivates her to show up for herself every day.
