Whatever Dimple Kapadia is having – drinking, eating, anything at all – we will have. Because this woman looks like she hasn’t aged a day and we want in on the secret. While we know her from her movies like Bobby, Dil Chahta Hai, Ram Lakhan etc, but also because she’s the epitome of grace and beauty. The veteran actress is currently gearing up for her upcoming Hollywood film, Tenet that is written and directed by Christopher Nolan. First of all, wow. And second of all, just wow. The filmmakers have started shooting its first schedule already and Dimple Kapadia’s look from Tenet is making rounds on the Internet.
Dimple Kapadia looks ravishing in a white outfit and a printed scarf wrapped around it. At the first glance, this could pass off as an Indian salwar kameez, but we are not sure this is it. The talented actress is seen having a conversation with Christopher Nolan on the sets on Tenet. This would be her second Hollywood film after her appearance in the title role in the American production Leela (2002). Apart from Dimple, the film also stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Kenneth Branagh, Clemence Poesy, Michael Caine, John David Washington, Elizabeth Debicki and Robert Pattinson in pivotal roles.

Of course, there’s a lot of hush around this movie – neither the makers of the film nor Dimple have opened up about the films plot and its characters yet – but we are besides ourselves with excitement. According to some reports the action-drama-film, Tenet is Nolan’s follow-up to his Oscar-nominated war drama Dunkirk that earned the Christopher his first best director Oscar nomination. The film will be shot in seven countries including India, in Mumbai in September this year. The report said that some scenes of the film will be shot in Taj Mahal hotel, Gateway Of India and the Colaba market and the schedule will stretch for seven-eight days. Do we mere mortals actually have a chance of getting a glimpse of Mr. Nolan? Possibly.
Interestingly Christopher Nolan was reportedly in Mumbai last year for an event hosted by Film Heritage Foundation’s Shivendra Singh Dungarpur on the need to promote the use, restoration and preservation of films. “During his four-day stay he decided to shoot here, and in September will mostly be filming in South Bombay, around the Gateway of India, the Taj Mahal hotel and the Colaba Market. For the recce, he was accompanied by production designer Nathan Crowley and cinematographer, Hoyte Van Hoytema among other team members with Shivendra helping them scout for locations too,” added a source.
