Sonakshi Sinha Sizzles In Her Punjabi Girl Avatar In The New Song Koka From Khandani Shafakhana

Earlier when Sonakshi Sinha and Varun Sharma starrer, Khandaani Shafakhaana dropped its trailer, it left the audience in splits! The movie which revolves around Sonakshi Sinha as Baby Bedi who wishes to take over their family-run sex clinic for 6 months before they sell it for 1 crore. The movie also stars Annu Kapoor, Baadshah, Varun Sharma, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Nadira Babbar and the unconventional story line has us looking forward to it in a big way. The film is also going to break the stereotype revolving around sex and how most of us shy away on talking about it. Of course, the movie also covers the aspect of a woman talking about sex, and that too (gasp!) openly. We can’t wait to see how this pans out.

After the trailer release of the film, the makers have now released their new song called, Koka where we get to see Sonakshi Sinha in a Punjabi avatar grooving to the beats of the song. The full blown Punjabi look suits Sonakshi to the hilt and the cheery yellow outfit adds fun to the proceedings. We love how she absolutely nails the look.  The song also has Badshah and the boy from the Fukrey frame, Varun Sharma in it. The song is definitely going to be on loop on our playlist and could be the next party anthem too!  Sonakshi Sinha will be trying her hands in a comic role and we know how good she is already! We are excited to see Varun Sharma nail his comic timing in the film.

Here’s the movies song!

Initially the film, Khandaani Shafakhana had some issues with its release date, clashing with Arjun Patiala which also stars Varun Sharma and Mental Hai Kya on July 26, 2019. Looks like all the issues are now resolved and the movie is slated to release on August 2, 2019.

While movies based in small towns are becoming the norm, it’s the first time we will be seeing Sonakshi in this look and we can’t wait to see what she has in store.

We actually thought the movie’s trailer was quite funny and not your average run-of-the-mill movie!
