Bollywood star Alia Bhatt has been killing it at the Cannes Film Festival 2026 after she walked the red carpet as an ambassador for L’Oréal Paris. And during one of her interactions at the festival, she shared a “beauty snack” that she carries with her everywhere. Here’s a decode.
About Alia Bhatt’s Beauty Snack
During a chat with Marie Claire at the French Riviera, Alia Bhatt let us in on one of the simple routines that she follows in her hectic schedule. She spoke about her “beauty snack” and said that Indian ingredients have always been a staple in her skincare and diet, especially ghee. She said the food in her house is cooked in ghee and that it’s great for the gut as well as the skin. Amid this, she said that she mixes her ghee with a bit of jaggery (gur) with some crushed peanut and coconut. She labelled this as a “skin snack” and said that this works great and makes her skin look great. Well, we have a hard agree on that.
For her day 2 look at the Cannes Film Festival 2026, Alia Bhatt turned to a custom ivory saree by Tarun Tahiliani, representing the traditional craftsmanship with contemporary couture. It featured a custom draped chaneri dhoti skirt with a sculpted corset blouse. She paired it with multiple Indian accessories like jhumkas, nath, bindi, a delicate haathphool and payal, which we love. The kajal in her eyes was the cherry on top for us.
