So, we spoke to a holistic health expert, Dr Mickey Mehta, to share tips on the fastest way to reduce weight, and what he suggested will change your weight loss game!

The first thing that Dr Mickey Mehta said was that there are no fast ways and shortcuts to lose weight. But, you can see good results if you combine ‘techniques with science’, and of course, your dedication is the secret ingredient in this recipe!
Activity twice a day
“Having an activity in your routine that you do twice a day is quite crucial,” advises Dr Mehta. This means that you can go swimming, do yoga or hit the gym in the morning, and in the evenings you could walk, cycle or go for a long massage, said Dr Mehta. He also said that introducing an activity twice a day really helps you lose weight faster.

Mindful eating
Dr Mickey said, “Another important key is to alter your diet and be disciplined about following the same. Mindful eating would be necessary to ensure safe weight loss.”

Do one day regular and one day raw
In this diet, you eat a normal cooked meal one day, and on the next, you eat raw veggies. Dr Mehta said that a raw diet includes vegetable soups, not made over 40 degrees, lots of salads, lots of fruit salads, fruit and vegetable juices, coconut water and herbal teas. Steamed sprouts are also included in this group.

Eat by 6.30 PM
Dr Mehta also advises that you should finish your meal by 6.30 or before sunset on the day that you’re eating regular food. This too will help you lose weight fast, he said.
