Juices (without added preservatives) are healthy and nutritious while also giving you an energy boost at the start or even the middle of the day. But worry not, making these juices might seem like a longer process you don’t want to sign up for but it is very easy. So here are 5 every day fruit juices that you can incorporate into your diet ASAP!

1. Carrot Juice

One of the easiest juices to make is carrot juice. Carrots are rich in Vitamin K, fibre and a good amount of beta-carotene which is prone to cancer protection and oxygenating your mind, tissues and blood. Just add 4-5 carrots (depending on the size of the glass), in the mixer and it’s done. You can also add apples and a pinch of lemon to make it more healthy and tasty.

2. Amla Juice

Amla is a common ingredient used in our households for literally everything. But drinking amla juice is extremely beneficial for your health as it contains Vitamin C. A lesser-known fact about amla is that you can make it and store it in the refrigerator for a while without it getting bad. So, you can even make it once a week and then drink it. It can be easily made with half a cup of water, and strain well. Add sugar, salt and cardamom and mix it further and serve.

3. Beetroot Juice

Drinking beetroot juice is an amazing way to manage your blood pressure and is also very good for circulation due to its richness in folate. Beetroots are rich in nitrates which turns into nitric oxide in the body and results in a naturally radiant skin and guess what? It’ll also rejuvenate your skin. Feel free to mix beets with apple and carrot for a nutrition rich juice for overall health.

4. Tomato Juice

Tomato is rich in Vitamin C just like orange juice. Tomato juice has a lot of ingredients like Lycopene which protects the body from cardiovascular diseases and Potassium which helps the body maintain fluids and blood circulation. Tomato juice is said to cure cataracts, AMD, and the common cold.

5. Orange Juice

Orange juice is the most common kind of juice which people generally have with breakfast in the morning but this common juice has a lot of benefits such as Vitamin C which helps in curing types of cancer, cardiovascular diseases and also the common cold. Storing orange juice is not ideal and should be drank as soon as it is squeezed. The addition of sugar can also hamper the benefits.
