It feels like only yesterday that Karan Johar gave us 3 mega stars of Bollywood; Varun Dhawan, Siddharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt, as he launched them in the super hit movie Student Of The Year. Karan managed to build the movie into a brand, so much so that it has become like the ideal movie to launch superstars of the future.
Just yesterday, the producer and his director Puneet Malhotra announced the students of the class of 2018. The male lead of SOTY 2, is Tiger Shroff, who is already very popular with the youth. He will be seen with debutante Ananya Panday, who is the daughter of Chunky Panday and has already created quite the social media buzz. The third part of the trio is debutante Tara Sutaria, who has been a child actor as well.
While the talented trio from SOTY 1 went onto garner a lot of love and attention, Varun, Siddharth and Alia also managed to establish themselves as fashion icons for the youth.
Obviously, as soon as the cast of SOTY 2 was announced we put our detective glasses on, and got to stalking the 2 lead actresses, and looks like Karan Johar is giving us the fashionistas of the future!
