Here’s How You Can Add Millennial Pink Into Your Life

Yes, millennial pink is a colour and here's how you can wear it too.
What is millenial pink_Featured_Hauterfly

Just in case you were wondering, yes, millennial pink is a colour. Popularly known as Tumblr pink, it’s a mix between everyone’s favourite rose pink (like a much softer Barbie colour) and a peachy salmon shade.

We first saw glimpses of it last year when Pantone announced Rose Quartz as their colour of the year. But unlike 2015’s Marsala or 2009’s Mimosa, millennial pink doesn’t seem to be dying down anytime soon.

Whether subconsciously or not, the younger lot (millennials, as they say) has been reaching out for the colour and interestingly, it’s quite androgynous.

Sure, Rihanna added the colour to her Fenty collection and Sonam Kapoor chose to wear the shade on the Cannes red carpet. But as it turns out, the colour isn’t restricted to just women.

Not only is it celebrity and blogger approved, according to reports, millennial pink in the form of home décor is also a hot favourite. So unless you haven’t already got loads of the colour without realising it (I’m up to 12 pieces, and counting), here are a few things you can add to your life to make it a lot rosier.
